Normal Weekly Seasonal Rates:Standard Rates: £2,500 p/w Standard Rates: throughout July & August £2,850 p/w |
Rates are based on up to 12 persons. Extra person charges may apply for bookings up to 15. Special rates may be considered depending on party size, dates and length of stay. Normal lets are from Saturday to Saturday in high season but all arrival and departures will be considered. Published charges for July and August include pool heating. Additional costs may be charged for use of pool heating during all other periods. Pool heating is not available from November to March. These rates are available on request. Best rates guaranteed if booked direct with Mervillas Ltd. The rental includes use of private 10 x 5 pool, wifi, TV package, reasonable use of air conditioning, all bed linen, bath and hand towels, and full clean on departure. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on day of departure and arrival time is 16.00 hrs. Special arrangements may be made depending on circumstances. Mid stay linen and towel change can be arranged and a supplementary charge may be made for this service.
A 20% deposit of the rental price is payable to secure the booking. This can be made by bank transfer to Mervillas Ltd, or by credit or debit card with secure paypal or in euros to our Spanish Bank account. A refundable inventory deposit of £250 per week or part thereof will be required with the final balance six weeks prior to arrival. This is for any mishaps or damage and will be refunded after inspection and the safe return of the keys. Keys will be posted out to your specified address in ample time for arrival and should be returned by special delivery to our home address in Scotland on your return. |
